since i travelled alone, i felt well accepted and looked after. the staff was outstanding. they offered a nice breakfast selection with very good coffee. the hotel lobby is cozy and i loved to have my apero there every evening. my room faced the courtyard which was not a nice sight, but i had absolutely no noise. My room had a ventilator which I prefer to AC.
The bathroom was very "antique" and to shower is complicated because the whole bathroom is flooded afterwards. There is sort of a mop in the bath to clean up afterwards. Being a practical person, I had no problem with that.

Nothing. I have traveled to five continents over 40 years. This is the worst hotel ever.
No air conditioning, noisy, plumbing failing, terrible bathroom, unsympathetic staff except for one night clerk who helped us move to a room where we could sleep at 3 am. Spanish only.

useless staff : took 30 mins to get 2 room keys. we stayed for 1 night and they assumed it was for 2 and tried to charge us for 2 nights!! rooms were very basic and the bathroom was too - both in dire need of renovation.
